Filtering content: All of the columns in the selector guide have filtering input beneath their titles. To filter non-text content, simply select the value that interests you from the drop-down and the guide will refresh to display only those rows that contain the value that you have selected. To filter text content, enter some of the text for the field that you want to display and hit return. The guide will be refreshed to show only those rows that contain your entered text.
Re-ordering columns: You can order the records by a particular column in either ascending or descending alphabetical order. To do this, simply click on the grey arrow beside one of the column headers. Click on the arrow again to reverse the order.
Collapsing and expanding columns: You can collapse a column by clicking on the 
icon.
Simply click on the 
icon to expand a collapsed column.
Nb.: Filtering or re-ordering the data will result in the cancellation of all other filtering, re-ordering or column collapse actions.
